TERMS & CONDITIONS
By accessing this website, I (Kelly Scott) assume that you, (the AMAZING and wonderfully talented singer), are fully on board with these Terms & Conditions. And hey, when you click that little checkbox, you’re helping me feel super confident that we're on the same page (thanks for that!).
FINANCIAL PRIVACY
Just to keep things crystal clear: when you make a payment on this site, all of your financial info is handled securely by PayPal, and I don't see any of it. No peeking here!
PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
When you (The AMAZING singer) book a private drop in session, payment is required upfront, and your session time is locked in. You’re welcome to reschedule if you need to, unless your session is less than 24 hours away. If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, you’ll need to rebook and pay again. No refunds for online group courses/memberships.
Sound strict? Maybe a little, but think of it as motivation to show up ready to sing your heart out!

I (Kelly Scott) am NOT a total monster, and I understand that life happens. So if something urgent pops up and you need to cancel within 24 hours of your session, just shoot me an email (kellyscottvoice@gmail.com), and I’ll see what I can do to help.
IN-PERSON SESSIONS
When we meet for an in-person session, whether it’s at my home studio in Bellefonte or anywhere else in the world (fancy, right?), you’re coming at your own risk. If you fall (PLEASE DON'T!) or can’t find the studio (PLEASE PLAN AHEAD, MY FRIEND), or even if you devour an entire sleeve of Oreos (SAVE A FEW FOR ME, OK?!), that’s on you. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you release me, my team, and the studio location from any liability. Let’s keep it safe, fun, and Oreo-friendly!
ONLINE SESSIONS
When we meet online for a session, please understand that tech glitches may happen! Since we’re meeting virtually (yay for the internet!), there may be a few pauses or delays as we navigate the tech together. But hey, we’re still making magic happen no matter the distance.
SESSION RECORDINGS
You’re more than welcome to record our sessions for your own personal reference and practice. But here’s the thing: all content from our sessions is my intellectual property, and as much as I know you’re amazing, it can’t be shared or posted publicly without my written permission. Let’s keep this content just between us (and not as a viral sensation—unless we talk about it first, of course!).
